Get to know me a little…

Over the years, I have dabbled in watercolor and acrylic painting, sculpture, mural work, pen and ink, and graphite drawings. Lately, my focus has been digital illustration and good old sequential art. I have a lot of love for Art Nouveau illustrations and the sleek looks of Art Deco. That big span of time between the late 1800s up into the Interwar Period is my fave.

Professionally, I have worked on textbooks, book covers, multiple projects with reason interactive (fun fact: I made the TED Talk conference mascot, Gigi), and with a cold case report for a news station in Atlanta. Our team won an Associated Press Award for best multi-platform coverage and a national Edward R. Murrow award for innovation. I drew the graphic novel accompanying the story!

I encourage you to look at the millions of illustrations I have uploaded on my Facebook Page, or if you prefer Instagram, I have one of those, too. You may thrill with entertainment provided to you by Sneer Campaign, a personal project with my friends that is near and dear to my heart. Also I draw almost everything there. You can also check out a small smattering of my work on this website.

If you like what you see and would already like to hire me to do any sort of commission, or to illustrate a book, or — well I could be up for just about anything if I have the time, so if you have any ideas, contact me and see how things unfold!
